Cooperative, efficient staff towards all guests. Good and lovely location - near an alley which has a lot of budget hotels over there, and the Albert Hall museum. Also, in the railway station: )

Nice hotel, clean and cheap! Really nice staff, nice rooftop terrasse and the cheapest hotel we went in India! Compared to the other ones, nothing less and even better services. Location is good, of course you have to take a taxi or rickshaw to go to the pink city but it's fine anyway, the place is quiet and you can sleep without any other issue than the phone ringing for room service. We really liked this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are generous. My room was spacious and clean. They even provided a free pick-up from the station at night. The whole family had a great time!

Appreciate: staff, rooftop breakfast, heating. Room 3005 with open view.
To be improved: at arrival lack of hot water. Pushing travel agent in the reception area.

The rooftop restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere.
The front desk staff displayed an arrogant attitude. I faced issues with my room-there was no AC even though I paid for it, and the water bottles were not provided. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with a stale odor and dirty corners.

I appreciated extremely pleasant room in this hotel.
The accommodation had a central location to travel attractions. Moreover, it's just next door to the market area and different shops. I was there for 2 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant with good food and live music.

Added to the ambiance of the hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. The wifi connection was occasionally slow, a bit frustrating. A very nice stay.
